The band comprises
of 3 musicians playing real live music, no backing tapes, cd’s or mini-disks, so
value for money is always guaranteed. Our repertoire consists of some 450 numbers,
150 of which we play regularly by request. In other words, we do not stop playing
when the tape runs out. Our set list changes everytime we play, so you will be guaranteed
new numbers next time you see us.
Spontaneity is something we thrive on. With Blue Side Out you never know what to
expect next - except quality across the whole range of material from rehearsed contemporary
classics to off the cuff busking. All 3 members have been playing and performing
for some considerable time, and haved gained a variety of musical disciplines.
Quality is therefore built in.
About the music itself. All 3 of us sing and play a variety of instruments including
acoustic guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, harmonica, kazoo to name but a few.
The quality of sound is controlled by an impressive PA system; loud or soft it’s
your choice.
Young or old, we appeal to both.
Blue Side Out play a variety of venues large and small. We specialise in private
functions such as special birthdays, weddings, parties. Don’t be afraid to ask.
